This band appeared under the name Los Driblings, but they changed their name to Shelly y Nueva Generación when they invited a 19 years old girl from Venezuela (who was living in Madrid) to join them and be their singer.
They only published three singles. The first one appeared in 1968 and it contained two great songs which were sung in English language: "Mr train, hurry up!" and "I'm a poor girl". Have a listen!

Later that year they published their second single: "La mujer diablo" ("The devil woman") / "I'm just a fool", this last song appearing in a film in 1969 ("1, 2, 3, al escondite inglés" - "1, 2, 3, hide-and-seek") featuring the band singing the song in the Santiago Bernabeu football stadium.

They were one of the greatest bands of the time, even though they didn't lasted long. Til this day they are remembered and their singles are very valued in the record market.
